The Down Syndrome Association (Singapore) a self-funding, non-profit organization that works closely and regularly with health and educational professionals and other voluntary welfare organizations as an advocate for the Down syndrome community in Singapore. The Association is affiliated to international bodies such as the International Federation of Down Syndrome (FIDS) and the Asia-Pacific Federation of Down Syndrome, and regularly works in tandem with other Down syndrome associations worldwide.

The Down Syndrome Research Foundation investigates best practices and initiate and participate in research studies to gain a better understanding of the learning styles of individuals with Down syndrome.

Equally advanced resource on Down syndrome development - right from the UK

A UK Registered Charity with International Links and a objective to improve the outcome for all people born with Trisomy 21. The Charity is dedicated to undertake research and find ways of improving the quality of the lives of people with Down Syndrome and improve our understanding of the medical conditions and disabilities which are associated with Down Syndrome, in hope of effectively treating them.

 

A very comprehensive US-based website covering research on Down syndrome and statistics.

The Global Down Syndrome Foundation is a public non-profit organization dedicated to significantly improving the lives of people with Down syndrome through Research, Medical Care, Education and Advocacy. Formally established in 2009, Global’s primary focus is to support the Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome, the first academic home in the United States committed solely to research and medical care for people with Down syndrome.
